When Will My Order Ship?

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) once we receive your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped. Please know that we will make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible.


How Can I Check The Status Of My Order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 2 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@thepathofbeing.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.


Do You Offer In-Store Pickup?

Yes! You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 3444 Marinatown Lane N. Fort Myers, FL 33908. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 to 3 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.


What Are Your In-Store Pickup Hours?

Our in-store pickup hours are 10:00 am to 5:00 pm on Tuesday thru Saturday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.



Returns & Refunds

Do You Accept Returns?

We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return up to 30 days after delivery. The item must be unused and in its original condition.


What Should I Do If My Order Arrived Damaged?

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@thepathofbeing.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Do You Offer A Warranty?

Yes! We offer a Limited Warranty on all physical goods purchased from The Path of Being.


What Does This Limited Warranty Cover?

This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. During the warranty period, The Path of Being will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship under normal use and maintenance.


What Will We Do To Correct Problem Covered Under Warranty?

The Path of Being will either repair the product at no charge using new or refurbished replacement parts, or replace it.


How Long Does Warranty Coverage Last?

The warranty period for physical goods purchased from The Path of Being is 60 days from the date of purchase. A replacement of the physical good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original physical good or 60 days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.


What Does The Limited Warranty Not Cover?

Our Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
