It does this by integrating movement, breath, and focused intention. When working with Qigong, we are working with our Qi, our vital life force. Qigong helps us open to our Qi and deepens our understanding of how it works.
Through breath and focused intention, Qigong is a powerful healing modality. Through gentle, fluid movements, we are taught to be mindful of the present moment and to focus on our breath in combination with movements.
We learn to feel the energy around us as it moves through us, energizing and healing throughout the work.
